🎯 Session Expectations:

This is a social-focused session, not competitive play. Advanced players are welcome with the understanding that:
• Mixed-level games will happen
• Rotations are not skill-based
• No exclusive advanced-only courts
• Focus on rallies & fun over winning

To maintain a safe, balanced, and enjoyable session for everyone, the host reserves the right to manage participation, including accepting, declining, or adjusting player requests when necessary.

📥 Paddle Stacking System (Rotation Formats):

• Rally scoring to 15
• 4 In / 4 Out = players per rotation
• At 14–14: Sudden death (first to score wins; no advantage)

🍳 Paddle Stacking Rules (Rotation Guide):

• One paddle per player
• Do not move others’ paddles
• Place paddles gently (no throwing or slamming)
• Hosts may assist with pairing/rotation

👥 Host Pairing & Rotation Authority:

To maintain fair rotations and an inclusive playing environment, the host may occasionally assist with player pairings or court assignments when necessary. Players are kindly asked to respect host arrangements to keep the session flowing smoothly.

• Do not place paddle into any container = resting
• Or place paddle further from the Standby Container

🚫 Cancellation Policy:

❌ No cancellations or refunds within 24 hours before game start
✅ Replacement players are allowed (subject to host approval)

⏰ Be punctual: please arrive 10–15 minutes early to warm up
⏳ Late arrivals may experience reduced playtime; courts will not be held

🏸 Play fair: good sportsmanship always (excessive mid-rally coaching is discouraged)
🚪 Hosts may guide participation to ensure safety and enjoyable play for all

🎾 Demo Paddles (Subject to Availability): Try demo paddles, perfect for testing something new during rallies if you’re considering a new paddle. Availability depends on the session arrangement.
