Join us for our Weekly DUPR Session. A competitive night of games to build your rating.

We’ll be running a rotating round robin format, with matches played using:
• Rally scoring to 15
• No deuce (first to 15 wins)

At the end of the session, the top-ranked player on the Reclub standings will earn their next DUPR session on us. (Non-transferrable & can only be redeemed for the following Thursday edition)

Court & Team Structure

• Venue: Outdoor courts (weather dependent)
• Courts: 1A, 1B & 1C
• Total Courts: 3

• Bracket System (by DUPR):
Participants will be grouped into courts based on their DUPR rating:
• Lower Bracket Court
• Middle Bracket Court
• Upper Bracket Court

Each court will run its own round robin format.

• DUPR Rating Reliability:
In addition to rating, we will also consider DUPR reliability scores.
Participants with a reliability below 80% will be placed in the Lower Bracket Court.

• Note for NR players:
Players without a DUPR rating (NR) will start in the Lower Bracket Court.

• Format: Rotating Round Robin or Fixed Partner

Waitlist Notice

Due to limited slots, participants may be placed on a waitlist.
To confirm your slot, please follow these steps:
1. Request to join the session/meet
2. Once waitlisted, refer to the activity chat for payment details and proceed with ball fee contribution
3. Upload your receipt or share it in the activity chat
4. Upon confirmation, you’ll be moved to the confirmed list
5. See you at the session!

Cancellation & Session Credit Policy

• No cash refunds. Eligible cancellations receive session credit only
• Cancel at least 24 hours before session to qualify
• Late cancellations & no-shows are not eligible
• Submit the Session Credit Request Form for credits to be issued
• Credits are tagged to name & mobile number — ensure accuracy
• Credits are dollar-based, do not expire, and can be used for future sessions

Weather Clause:
As this is an outdoor venue, sessions may be affected by weather.
If sessions are cancelled due to bad weather, refunds will follow the venue’s T&Cs.

Using credits:
Request the activity, indicate you’re using credits, and provide your name & mobile. Booking will be confirmed after admin verification.

By booking, you agree to this policy.

Equipment

• Bring Your Own Paddles
• Franklin x40 / LT Pro 48 balls will be provided

Photos may be taken during the event for match verification and submission purposes.
