✅ Paddle stacking will be managed by the hosts — we’ll do our best to balance player levels so everyone gets fun, fair games!

☔ Weather Notice
If the outdoor courts can’t be used due to rain, we’ll continue on 2 indoor courts.
To keep things smooth and reduce waiting time, we’ll switch to 11-point rally scoring.

⚠️ No refunds will be given due to weather disruptions, so please consider this before confirming.

❌ Cancellations allowed up to 24 hours in advance — you may reschedule to another session at no extra charge.
❗ Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will still need to cover the session fee.
