How to sign up via RECLUB?

1. Your game request will be confirmed once your payment is received or you already confirmed on-site payment. 

2. Please upload proof of payment to the PAYMENT TAB for your PLUS ONE, or just let the group chat know you've made the payment.

3. Remember, slots aren’t confirmed until we get the payment or you need to Confirm, Just Message the Group Chat, If you will pay it on site or Gcash. (DON’T PAY IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE PARTICIPANTS)

4. If you fail to confirm your spot by the deadline, you will be removed and replaced by someone from the waitlist. There is a 4-hour preparation window for the new players to get ready before Open Play starts.

5. Confirmation & Payment
- No Pay, No Confirmation, No Play!
Ensure payment is made to confirm your spot. No exceptions. 
- Even if you pay on-site, you still need to pay immediately before playing.

6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation up to 12 HOURS before the event.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior are not eligible for a refund.

7. No Show Policy
- No Show = No Refund
Please inform us if you'll be unable to attend. 

8. Event Details
- Date & Time: May 19, 2026 | 4:00PM - 7:00PM
- Venue: Diwanite, Marawi City
- Courts: 2 Indoor Courts  
- Maximum Players: 24 (waitlist applies once slots are full)  
- Level: Open to all levels (Beginner to Advanced)  
- Game Rules: Played to 11 points   
- Player Limit: Each player can bring only one (+1) guest.

9. Additional Notes
- Arrive early to secure your spot.
- Waitlist: If slots are full, join the waitlist. You will be contacted if a spot opens.  
- Enjoy and play fairly!
