• 4 Hours Open Play

• Members of Born to Dink & Drink will be given first priority for available slots.
• Send proof of payment to confirm your participation.

• You may proceed with payment as long as there are available slots.

• Only paid players will be included in the list.
• Organizers reserve the right to accept or decline players once slots are full.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be allowed 1 day before the scheduled play time.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Pickleball Open Play, I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge and understand that participation in pickleball and other recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, heat-related illness, and potential exposure to communicable diseases. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

2. Release of Liability

On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the organizers and their affiliates from any claims, demands, losses, or liabilities for injury, disability, death, or damage to person or property arising from or related to my participation or use of the facility, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and their representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation in any activity at the facility.

4. Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by the organizers, facility staff, or emergency responders. I understand that I am responsible for all related medical expenses.

5. Photography and Video Release

I grant permission to the organizers to use photographs or videos taken during the activity for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

6. Rules and Conduct

I agree to follow all posted facility rules and regulations and comply with the instructions of the organizers and facility staff at all times.
