We’re excited to invite you to a court trial at the brand new padel courts at Padel Haven!

‼️IMPORTANT‼️

✅ Host reserved the right to choose participants joining the session based on our unannounced community terms & considerations

✅ Players can only make payment once being moved to participant list. If waitlisted participant made payment before being moved to participant list, host reserved the right to not confirm the person’s spot for the session (payment will be refunded).

✅ Players who have been moved to participant list must complete their payment no later than 48 hours before the session. Failure to pay by this deadline will result in their spot being moved to the waiting list, and it may be reassigned to other players.

✅To secure a spot, payment must be confirmed with proof of transfer sent to event chat (please do not send payment proof on private chat). Payments are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by Kung Fu Padel.

‼️Payments are non-refundable if cancellations are done in less than 48 hours. Players are allowed to find a replacement for the paid spot.

‼️Players on waiting list will be moved to vacant confirmed spots within 48 hours of the game shall there were cancellations or payment failures. Please stand by within this period - players are required to complete payment within 2 hours after being moved to confirmed spot by hosts.
