- Cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE but you may transfer your slot to another player playing on the same date. Just inform the admins in advance for any changes.

-Your slot will be placed ON HOLD if payment hasn’t been made day before the open play to ensure slots go to confirmed participants only.
