How to Join HideOut Open Play Session:

☑️ Submit a Request to Join to be placed on the waitlist
☑️ Complete payment via GCash to secure your slot

📢 Open Play Payment First Policy

As our Open Play sessions have been filling up almost every day (thank you!! 🙌), we want to make sure everyone gets the best playing experience: more games, less waiting, and smoother rotations.

To help with this and avoid long queues and no-shows, we’ll now be implementing a Payment First Policy.

How it works:
• All join requests will automatically be placed on the waitlist
• To secure your slot, kindly complete your payment and upload your receipt via the payment tab
• Only paid players will be confirmed in the session

A few helpful reminders:
• You can message us in the chat if you’ll be paying in cash
• If you’re paying for 2 or more players, you may send the receipt in the chat and indicate the names included

Important:
Once Open Play is FULL, we kindly ask those on the waitlist NOT TO send payments anymore. We won’t be accepting walk-ins or additional players beyond the confirmed list.
