Registration Steps:
1. Request to join
2. Pay $3.00 to 88752873 (Coach Edmund)
3. Upload your payment screenshot
4. You’ll be confirmed within 1 hour.

If The List Is Full:
You’ll be placed on the waitlist. Please hold off on payment. When a spot opens, the first to complete registration will move into the confirmed list.

If Life Gets In The Way:
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the game may be credited to a future session. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

If You Don’t Show Up:
Nothing will happen and you’re more than welcome to be back. However, we do prioritise players with strong attendance when confirming spots, even before payment is made. For new players, prompt payment and good attendance will be recognised and will help you move into the confirmed list faster, even before payment.

Games Format:
Rally scoring to 15 points, win by 2. At 20/20, sudden death and next point wins.

Games Rotation:
We’ll be running a paddle stacking system to manage the flow of games fair, fun, and fast rotation to keep everyone playing and socializing.

Eligibility:
If you can serve and know the rules, you are welcome to play! Balls are provided so just bring your paddle and game spirit!

Liability Waiver:
We want everyone to have fun safely! By joining this game, you’re confirming that you’re fit to play and are taking full responsibility for your own health and safety. If you’re feeling unwell or injured, please sit this one out. By participating, you agree not to hold the host liable for any illness or injury that may happen during the session. Play smart, stay safe, and enjoy the game!

Our wet weather protocol:
One hour before the scheduled session, we will provide a weather update. If conditions are unfavorable, you may choose to skip the session to avoid an unnecessary trip. Thirty minutes before the session, we will send a final announcement confirming whether the session will proceed or be canceled. If the game is canceled due to wet weather, you may contact us with your mobile number to request a refund or carry your fee forward to the next game.
