1. 4 Levels, Nongender category.
Level D (Advanced), Level E2 (Intermediate), Level E1 (High Beginner), Level F (Newbie/Beginner)
2. Tournament will follow Round Robin & Knockout Stage.
3. Scoring straight 31 (change ends at 16). Straight 35 for QF, SF, and Finals
4. Umpire's decision is final.
5. Any protests will be handled by the organizing committee.
6. The organizers reserve the right to make any adjustments to the guidelines if necessary.
