How to Join
1. Request to join the meet in Reclub.
2. Pay once instructed by the host or waitlisted.
3. GCash: 09052244124 (JO***N A.)
4. Upload your payment receipt in the Chat Tab.
5. Slot is confirmed once payment is verified.

⚠️ Slots are reserved only after payment.
⚠️ Walk-ins are welcome subject to slot availability.

Meet Format
• Open play rotation
• Paddle stacking / organized queue
• Random partner matchups
• Balls provided

Cancellation Policy
• No refunds for cancellations.
• Players may transfer their slot to another player at least 12 hours before the meet.
• Admin must be informed of the replacement for approval.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the slot.
