* Reschedule the session, or
* Adjust the format/time if possible

🎾 Refund Policy

* No refund for cancellations made within short notice or no-show
* If the session is cancelled by organizer due to weather or court closure, participants will receive a full refund or credit for the next session
* Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time
