Core Topic for this training session:

The “CORRECT WAY” of doing Forehand & Backhand (Form)

Over the years—and even decades—tennis experts, professional players, and sports science PhDs have identified the most efficient ways to execute the forehand and backhand.

Unfortunately, many coaches are still unfamiliar with these principles, which leads to players developing inefficient and illogical techniques.

Backed by science, human kinetics, and biomechanics, we will break down the most appropriate forehand and backhand techniques for beginner and intermediate players—while remaining highly relevant even for advanced players.

We’ll also Debunk some common teachings and explain why they’re not recommended and often do more harm than good.

-Suitable for Semi-Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Players
