If you paid but slots are already full, your payment will be refunded

➡️ Fee is non-refundable once confirmed, but you may freeze your slot up to 12 hours before play for future use.

➡️ Payments are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled for NO SHOW PLAYERS.

➡️ On-site payments are only available to previous players, to prevent cancellations and to ensure slots are given to those who are certain about playing. If you do not show up to the event or if you cancel 12 hours before the event, you are still required to pay the full open-play fee.
