📍 Venue: The Smash Yard (Jugan, Consolacion, Cebu) or Google KATSILA CHICKEN FARM 🐓

How to Join
1️⃣ Request to join the Open Play.
2️⃣ Once added to the Waitlist, check for available slots in the Accepted list.
3️⃣ If slots are open, send your payment and upload your receipt in the chat tab.
⚠️ Do NOT pay if no slots are available.

What to Expect
✨ Smooth and organized games through paddle stacking
✨ Friendly play for all skill levels
✨ A fun and active pickleball session!

Fee & Payment
💵 Introductory meet fee: ₱150 / pax
💰 Pay via GCash: see QR (meet chat)

➡️ Pay before play – upon arrival, look for Cecil or Joan at the reception area (beside the court)
Minimum players: 4
If not met by 4:00 PM, the open play will be cancelled and courts will be available for private booking.

Cancellation Policy
Can’t make it? No worries—just cancel at least 12 hours before the event and message us for a refund.

Reminders
🏓 Bring your own paddle and water
⏱️ Arrive 10–15 minutes early
🔵 Leave the balls on the court after playing
💥 Place broken balls in the stacking area
