☔️ Rain & Cancellation Policy
​Because we are playing on premium outdoor courts, safety and court playability are our top priorities. Please review our policy before requesting your slot:

​1. Weather Cancellations (Before the Session)
​The Call: A final decision regarding weather will be made in the Reclub Meet Chat, 1 hour before start time (by 7:00 PM). Please keep your notifications turned on!
​The Action: If the session is officially cancelled due to rain before we play, your RM 25.00 fee will automatically roll over as a full credit for the following Friday's session. (Alternatively: You will receive a full RM 25.00 refund via TnG within 24 hours).

​2. Mid-Session Rain (During Play)
​Before 60 Minutes: If heavy rain forces us off the court before the 1-hour mark, you will receive a 50% roll-over credit for a future session.
​After 60 Minutes: If we get washed out after playing for more than an hour, the session will be considered fully completed, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

​3. Player Withdrawals & No-Shows
​24-Hour Notice: Because slots are strictly limited to maximize your court time, player cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit.

​Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time, or failing to show up, will result in a forfeit of the RM 25.00 slot fee. This ensures fairness to the players on our Reclub waitlist.
