Whether you’re already deep in your pickleball era or looking for a solid social game, you’re welcome here. 💚

Join us for 3 hours of social open play, with organized rotations and different partners and opponents throughout the session.

This is a DUPR NR–3.5 Open Play, intended for unrated (NR) players and players with a DUPR rating of 3.50 or below. If you’re currently NR, no worries! You’re welcome to join. 💚

Before joining, please make sure to:

• Sync your Reclub account to your DUPR account.
• Join the All Serves Club on DUPR: https://dashboard.dupr.com/dashboard/browse/clubs/8331288943

Players without a linked DUPR account and who have not joined All Serves Club on DUPR will not be put on the waitlist.

🏓 Play Format

• 2 courts with organized rotations
• Rotating partners and opponents throughout the session
• Games to 11 points
• No deuce: at 10–10, next point wins
• First game: 3-minute dinking warm-up
• Succeeding games: PS (Play to Serve) — no more warm-up, just get in and play!

🔄 How the Queue Works

🏆 Win → move 1 spot forward in the queue
😅 Lose → stay behind the winning pair

So yes, winning gets you back on court a little sooner. But don’t worry, everyone gets their turn, and you’ll keep rotating through different players throughout the session.

We’ll help manage the queue so you can focus on the important stuff: playing & yapping.

📊 Match Scores & DUPR Results

After each match, please review your score in the Match tab on Reclub and make sure the result is recorded correctly.

If there’s any discrepancy or dispute, please approach the organizer before the meet ends so we can review and resolve it.

• All match results will be submitted to DUPR after the meet.
• Any score dispute must be raised before the meet ends.
• Once the meet ends, all recorded results will be considered final and official and will be submitted accordingly.

Please take a moment to check your scores after each match. It’s much easier to fix something on the spot 😬😅

💸 Registration

Fee: ₱350 per participant

📌 Before You Register

1. Send a request to join.
2. Wait until you’re officially waitlisted before making any payment.
3. Once waitlisted, your reservation will be held for 12 hours.
4. Transfer your payment through:

Your slot is confirmed once payment has been verified. Slots are secured on a first-paid, first-served basis.

🅿️ Parking

Parking is available around Neighborhood and Greenfield. For more details about the venue, you may also check @NeighborhoodPH_ on Instagram.

This session will be held on a new covered court, so rain won’t stop the play. 🌧️🥒

Unless there are other unforeseen venue or safety concerns, the session will push through rain or shine.

🛑 Cancellation & Slot Transfer

🙋 Can’t Make It?

We understand that plans can change. 💚

Because court slots are reserved in advance, all confirmed payments are non-refundable.

However, if you can no longer make it, you may transfer your slot to another person of your choice.

• You and your replacement player may arrange the payment directly between yourselves.
• All payment arrangements between the original participant and replacement player are their own responsibility.
• Please inform us of the replacement player as soon as possible so we can update the player list.

No-show = no refund and no automatic credit.

📸 Privacy & Media

Personal information collected during registration will be used for event administration, payment verification, and communication purposes only.

Photos and videos may be taken during our sessions and may be used on All Serves Club’s social media or promotional materials.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let us know before play begins and we’ll do our best to keep you out of the frame.
