CMPC @MatchPoint Game Guidelines

Games are scheduled super dami days ahead😀, posted automatically, look up at CMPC RECLUB, you can pick your preferred schedule in the calendar.

Fees (until promo rate of MatchPoint ends)

CMPC Members: ₱180
Guests: ₱200
Below 17, 50% off

COURT ALLOTMENT
We aim for a 10 players per court ratio with 4 hours of playtime, so everyone gets a sulit, not bitin workout 😂. If fewer players register, the following applies:

16 players (minimum) → 2 courts, 3 hours playtime

24 players (minimum) → 3 courts, 3 hours playtime

REGISTRATION

1. Request to join via RECLUB.

2. Admins will place CMPC members on the Waitlist.

3. Guests will remain on the Requested list until further notice.

PAYMENT RULES

4. CMPC Members (Waitlisted): “First-to-pay, first-to-confirm.”

5. Guests: DO NOT PAY unless:

You have been moved to the waitlist, OR

You received a direct message from the admins.

6. Upload payment receipt via RECLUB app, please don't send to any of the hosts, the only exception is if there's a technical problem with the app.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

7. Cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours before game time. Cut off payment 72hrs before every OP.

Beyond this, no refunds will be given.

The player is responsible for finding a replacement if they cannot attend. In other words, You can SELL your slot.

8. Refunds are only valid for games cancelled by the admins.

OTHER RULES

9. No walk-ins allowed.

GAME FLOW

First 2 hours: Free rotation (win or lose, rotate). Avoid repeating the same partner.

Next 2 hours: Skill-level games. Please respect the designated stacker.
