​📌 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
1. ​Join Requests are auto-approved while slots are available.
​2. To be officially tagged as "Paid," please upload a clear copy of your receipt with the reference number to the Payments Tab or GC.
3. When we reach the maximum player limit, unpaid participants will be moved to the Waitlist to accommodate those ready to pay.
​4. In case of overbooking, we will prioritize those who paid earlier. We will be strict in the maximum number of participants to optimize rotation and lessen waiting time between games.
​5. If you paid but didn't make the cut-off:
​Your payment can be applied to a future Open Play date ​or, you can request a full refund.

Paddles are available for rent at GoPaddle for Open Play players at a discounted rate of ₱100 for the whole Open Play duration.

​⚔️ PLAY FORMAT
​Rotations: Managed via pickleq.app
​Match: First to 11 points.
​Deuce: Only 1 "Slide to 2"—Sudden death at 12 points.
