Can’t keep a rally alive? Not sure if you’re holding the racket right? Want to learn about serve? Same. That’s why we’re doing this. 😌

Join us for a 3-hour clinic with Coach Jamlech where we’ll work on:

✨ Forehand & backhand fundamentals
✨ Proper grip and form
✨ Consistency (aka keeping the ball in play longer than 3 shots 😭)
NEW: Basic Serve

Your fee covers:
• Court fee
• Training Ball rental
• Coach fee
• Ballboy fee

📌 Before You Register

1. Send a request to join.
2. Wait until you’re officially waitlisted before making any payment.
3. Once waitlisted, your reservation will be held for 12 hours.
4. Transfer your payment through:

5. Upload your proof of payment in the activity chat.

Your slot is confirmed once payment has been verified. Slots are secured on a first-paid, first-served basis.

🛑 Cancellation & Slot Transfer

🙋 Can’t Make It?

We understand that plans can change. 💚

Because court slots are reserved in advance, all confirmed payments are non-refundable.

However, if you can no longer make it, you may transfer your slot to another person of your choice.

• You and your replacement player may arrange the payment directly between yourselves.
• All payment arrangements between the original participant and replacement player are their own responsibility.
• Please inform us of the replacement player as soon as possible so we can update the player list.

No-show = no refund and no automatic credit.

☔️ Head’s Up

Since this meet is held on an outdoor court, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather.

If we need to cancel due to rain or unsafe court conditions before play begins, you may choose between:

💸 A full refund, or
🎟️ Event credits that you can use for the rescheduled meet.

We’ll announce any weather-related updates as early as possible. Your safety always comes first, and we appreciate your understanding.

📸 Privacy & Media

Personal information collected during registration will be used for event administration, payment verification, and communication purposes only.

Photos and videos may be taken during our sessions and may be used on All Serves Club’s social media or promotional materials.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let us know before play begins and we’ll do our best to keep you out of the frame.
