Reminders:

- Any back-out last minute within 12 hours of the play date shall not be refunded if player has made payment.

- you have the option to give your slot to someone else, just inform the host. Also, if the host have readily available players for replacement, you can request to move your payment to another Playdate.

- Kindly inform or DM Admin 2 to 3 days before the open play if you can’t come. Admin will make arrangements to allow players whom are in wait-list to fill in your slot; and likewise will consider to arrange for a refund if necessary.

NOTE: ONLY CONFIRMED PLAYERS CAN PLAY. WALK INS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS THERE ARE SLOTS AVAILABLE.
