**SCHEDULE:**
🕔 5:45–6:00 PM → Check-in & warm-up
🏐 6:00–7:30 PM → Matches
🤝 7:30–7:50 PM → Fellowship (mandatory for all players)
🏐 7:50–9:45 PM → Matches
🧹 9:45–10:00 PM → Clean-up & wrap-up

✅ Men’s net height
✅ All skill levels welcome (average level: **beginner to intermediate**, D to B level)
✅ Matches played to **25 points (cap at 25)**
✅ **Round robin format:** each team plays **all other teams at least once**
✅ Format: Generally 5-1 (one setter system); teams may run any format they prefer
✅ Each round **completes when both courts are finished with the current match**
✅ Typically **2 games on, 2 games off** rotation

👥 **Registering with a group?** Please inform the host who you are signing up to play with. Groups can be any size (don’t need to be full teams), but:
⚠️ **Everyone must be registered as a participant or be added via +1, +2, etc., on ReClub.**
📝 **Teams are finalized before game time.**
❗ **If you RSVP days in advance and cannot make it, please cancel ASAP so you are not holding up a spot.**
⏰ **Please arrive on time! Games will begin on schedule, and late players may be subbed out for the game they miss.**

👤 **Update your ReClub profile** (skill level, preferred positions) accurately; this helps balance teams.

🔄 **Subs are allowed** if any player is missing from your team. Please **prioritize assigned team players first** and try to find a **sub of similar skill level** when needed.

👶 **Note for juniors:** All junior players **must have a parent or guardian present** while playing.

⚠️ **If waitlisted:** Priority will be given based on **needed positions first**, then **first come, first serve**.

**GENERAL GAME RULES:**

* Respect the posted game order and court assignments
* Each round **completes when both courts are finished with the current match**
* After each match, **let the host know the final score and which color team won**
* Help with **refereeing the court you will be playing on next** — we need at least a **line judge on each side, a scorekeeper, and a referee** (scorekeeper can also act as referee)
* ❌ **No hitting lines between games** — warm-ups only before the first game or as time allows
* ⚠️ **Do not chase balls into the other court** — for everyone’s safety
