This is a deep-dive technical session: a 3-hour guided drill experience dedicated entirely to the Third Shot Drops: we are moving beyond just "hitting it into the kitchen" and mastering the 4 distinct ways to drop the ball to neutralize your opponents.
If you’ve struggled with being attacked at the baseline or getting stuck in "No Man’s Land," this session is designed to give you the tools to get to the net safely.

🧠 What You’ll Work On (The 4-Shot Arsenal)

* The Push Drop: Mastering the "Standard" repeatable drop for short returns.
* The Slice Drop: Learning to use underspin when forced to reach or move laterally.
* The Roll Drop: Using topspin to "dip" the ball from deep behind the baseline.
* The Hybrid "Drip": How to punish opponents who are late to the kitchen line.


🎁 BONUS BLOCK — The "Unattackable" Reset
A focused segment to sharpen your survival skills:
* Apex Control: Ensuring your drop peaks on your side of the net.
* Height Discipline: Drilling balls that land at or below net height.
* Split-Step Timing: Coordinating your movement with your partner’s drop.
