📌 PAYMENT GUIDELINES:

• Slot is confirmed only upon payment verification
• Players who pay first will be prioritized on the official player list
• Unpaid slots may be given to waitlisted players
• No slot reservation without payment confirmation
• Payments are non-refundable but transferable to another player
🚫 No refunds for no-shows unless cancellation is made at least 8 hours before the game.

🎮 PLAY FORMAT
• Games and player rotations will be managed through PickleQ
• Matches will be played race to 11 points
• Sudden death will apply after 10–10

• Keep the playing area clean and dispose of trash properly
• By joining the session, participants agree to follow the event rules and proper court etiquette
