🎯 Player Level Expectations:

Our sessions are social-focused and designed for inclusive, enjoyable play. While all levels within the stated range are welcome, this session is not intended as a competitive or training-style game.

Advanced-level players or players who prefer highly competitive games are welcome with the understanding that:
• Mixed-level play may occur
• Court rotations are social-based
• Exclusive advanced-level-only courts are not available
• Friendly rallies and positive vibes take priority over winning

🍳 Paddle Stacking Rules (Rotation Guide):

• Simple rotation system, hosts will guide if you’re new
• Hosts will oversee paddle stacking to keep things fair and flowing smoothly
• Please avoid moving or switching another player’s paddle without host approval
• One paddle per player at a time (please avoid placing paddles in multiple containers)
• Gently place your paddle into the container (no throwing, slamming, or knocking into other players’ paddles)

🛋️ Want a bit more rest?
You may:
• Choose not to place your paddle in any container
OR
• Place it in your preferred game format container at the far left end (further away from the standby container)
• If your paddle is not placed in any container, it will be taken as you’re resting for that round

👥 PLAYER CAPACITY NOTICE

⚠️ Safety & Personal Responsibility:
Players participate at their own risk, responsible for their own medical conditions, personal safety, and belongings during the session. Please play within your physical limits and inform the host immediately if you feel unwell, injured, or unsafe during the session. The Club shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation.

🤝 Respect & Sportsmanship:
The Club does not tolerate unsportsmanlike behavior, inappropriate conduct, bullying (e.g. targeting players with a “Nasty Nelson”, with intent to harm others, especially players you are unfamiliar with or beginner-level players), harassment, or any actions that make others feel unsafe. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, players who violate the session rules may, at the host’s discretion, be asked to leave the court immediately. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases, and serious or repeated violations may result in restrictions from future sessions. Let’s keep our sessions fun, positive, and welcoming for everyone.

📌 Session & Court Adjustments:
The Club reserves the right to adjust court allocation, playing format, session timing, or player grouping when necessary to ensure smooth gameplay and the best overall experience for participants.

👦🏻👧🏻 Under 18 Participation:
Players under 18 years old must obtain prior consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating. The Club reserves the right to request verification at any time. For safety reasons, minors are expected to follow all session rules. Any misconduct may result in the player being asked to leave the court without refund and may affect eligibility for future sessions.

🌦️ Weather & Force Majeure Notice:
The session will proceed unless the venue is officially closed. In such circumstances beyond the host’s control, refunds may not be applicable.

📹📸 Media & Photography:
By joining this session, you consent to video recording and photography for club use and promotional purposes. Media may be used without compensation. Players who prefer not to be featured must inform the host before the session starts.
