- Non-refundable. If by any chance, you can't make it to the session, you are allowed to find other players to replace your slot. (Please do inform admin for the replacement slot)
- Hujan 5 menit sebelum sesi = Cancel = Refund 95% (5% untuk to appreciate coach and ball boy)
- Hujan di tengah permainan, refund 50% atau menyesuaikan sesi yg sudah berlangsung
