We want to spoil our players! Your registration doesn't just get you on the court; it comes with a free drink from our very own coffee shop so you can recharge in style:

Treat yourself before or after the game. Choose from our freshly brewed Iced or Hot Coffee, ice-cold blended Frappes, or our signature Matcha Series!

📌 Understanding Reclub RSVP Statuses
Since we have a strict 12-player limit, please take note of what your RSVP status means:

Requested: You have joined the event, but your spot is not yet secured. Please proceed to payment.

Confirmed: Your payment has been verified, and your spot on the court is 100% locked in!

Waitlisted: The 12 spots are currently filled. If a confirmed player drops out, waitlisted players will be bumped up in order.

Full/Closed: The event has reached its maximum capacity, and we are no longer accepting requests or waitlists.

💳 Payment & House Rules
Payment Method: GCash only.
Proof of Payment: You must upload your GCash receipt/proof of payment via the designated payment option in the Reclub app.

Strict Rule: We cannot acknowledge payment proofs sent via direct message (PM). Please upload it directly to the event page so we can easily track and confirm your slot.

🛑 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the game. Payments are non-refundable. However, your slot is transferable to another player! Just give the admins a heads-up so we can update the attendee list.
