This program focuses on defending power players. We will use absorption, not reflection. If you hit a hard ball back hard, you’re playing the banger's game. If you hit a hard ball softly into the kitchen, you’ve won the tactical battle.

📊 Class Structure:
• Max 8 participants per group
• 1 court per coach for focused attention
• 2-hour training session
