Payment:
- Cash on-site preferred for easy tracking. Drop the cash into the container provided on-site. Please PAY BEFORE PLAY.
- Write down your name (same as your name in ReClub) on the record sheet provided on-site.

Who can participate:
- No newbies.
- Priority will be given to regulars.
- Newbies can be accepted if slots are available.
- Please bring your own paddles.

Play arrangement:
- Stack your paddles accordingly in the paddle rack for queue to play.
- You may group 4 preferred players' paddles together for a game.
- DO NOT JUMP QUEUE.

Cancellation:
- Please inform the host of any cancellation and to update your status accordingly. This is to allow those in the waiting list to fill in the vacant slot.
- There will be a cancellation freeze 24 hours before the game. Dropouts have to pay the court fees. Please inform the host of this in the ReClub chat and to obtain the account to pay.
- Those who failed to pay or failed to turn up without informing the host in advance will be banned from future events.
