Welcome to PickleGen’s non-guided practice session. Players will be practicing with the Titan ball feeding machine to improve their skills.

SESSION GUIDELINES :

• 1 to 4 players is a recommended session size
• Staff are available to provide assistance to help players kick-off the session
• Players are on their own and have to manage the session themselves.
• Players may download the Titan app for their own mobile devices for use with the machine

BENEFITS OF PRACTICE WITH A TITAN BALL MACHINE :

• Targeted Practice : Players can program machines to deliver specific, repeated shots such as dinks, third-shot drops, volleys, or lobs.
• Consistency : Machines provide a high volume of consistent, repetitive, and predictable shots.
• High Volume Repetition : You can hit hundreds of balls in a short period which is essential for practice to improve.

1) After you REQUEST wait for the host to move you to the WAITLIST
2) Please make your payment ONLY AFTER the host has placed you on the Waitlist.

PROOF OF PAYMENT :

1) Once paid, upload your payment slip in the dedicated PAYMENT'S TAB and the session chat (for faster response).
2) DO NOT private message the host with the slip, as it makes tracking for the correct session difficult.

CONFIRMATION :

1) The host will confirm your spot by moving you to the Confirmed Player List.

FULL HOUSE RULE :

• Avoid Late Payment to prevent missing out on the session.
• Do not make payment if the session is already FULL.

REFUND POLICY :

• Cancellation Requests for refunds must be made within the stipulated time frame.
