CDO Open Volley 1st Open play

Hello fellow Kagay-anons! 🏐

This event is the first step toward building more open play volleyball games and a welcoming community for players of all skill levels here in CDO. Whether you're here to improve, compete casually, or simply enjoy the sport, everyone is welcome.

🗓️ Date: May 23 – Saturday
⏰ Call Time: 12:30 PM
⏰ Matches: 1:00-4:00 PM
📍 Location: Macasandig Covered Court, CDO
📌 Event Guidelines:
• Registration through Reclub is required
• Players will be placed on a waitlist until payment is verified
• Teams will be randomized based on position and skill level
• Winning team earns 50% off the next event instead of a cash prize to encourage fun, learning, and healthy competition
• All skill levels are welcome
• Feel free to invite your friends
• Please arrive early for team matching.

💰 Payment Details:
• Fee: ₱100 per player
• Covers court and club fees
• Payment first policy to confirm your slot

• Upload proof of paymennt through chat for confirmation

⚠️ Important Notice:
• Payments are non-refundable but transferable
• If you can no longer attend, please find a replacement for your slot
• All changes or updates must be messaged privately to me at least 1 day before the event

• Respect all players regardless of skill level
• Help maintain a fun, welcoming, and positive environment
• Experienced players are encouraged to help newer players learn and enjoy the game
• Toxic behavior, excessive trash talk, or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated
