OPEN PLAY REMINDERS

To keep our Open Play smooth, fair, and organized, here are a few important guidelines for everyone:

1️⃣ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before 6PM.
We will start games exactly at 6:00 PM. Being early helps us assign groups and explain the rotation properly.

2️⃣ Pre-registered players have priority.
If you’ve listed and paid on Reclub, your slot is secured. Walk-ins are welcome, but slots will depend on availability.

Pls allow our staff to check your names and payment

3️⃣ Beginners and Advanced Groups
Upon arrival, you’ll choose which group you want to join.
• First come, first served per group
• If one group becomes too full, we may place new arrivals in the other group to balance play
• Minimum of 6 players per group — otherwise we’ll need to merge or adjust

Please choose honestly based on your skill level so games stay competitive and enjoyable for everyone.

4️⃣ Open Play is for players who already know basic rules and scoring.
If you’re still learning, we recommend joining the Beginners group.
Players below 12 years old are generally not allowed in Open Play unless they already know how to play properly. Otherwise, we recommend booking a private court instead.

5️⃣ Rotation Format (Per Group)
We will continue using our Winners / Challengers system:
• Winners place paddles in the Winners basket
• Challengers place paddles in the Challengers basket
• Rotation happens within your group
• Partners rotate — this keeps games dynamic and balanced

Please wait for your turn and respect the paddle order.

6️⃣ Court Awareness & Safety
No entering active courts during live rallies. No hitting balls behind ongoing games. Let’s keep it safe for everyone.

7️⃣ Schedule
Start: 6:00 PM sharp
End: 11:00 PM sharp
