Calling all players! Join us for an organized and fun night of games at Gym Buddies Pickle House. Please review our schedule, strict slot confirmation rules, and house guidelines below to secure your entry.

Schedule & Play Format:

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Paddle Stacking

7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Paddle Queuing

10:00 PM – 12:00 MN: Paddle Stacking

🔒 Strict Slot & Confirmation Policies:

Slots are strictly not reserved upon commenting or messaging. Your spot is only 100% confirmed once the GCash payment receipt is sent and verified.

Unpaid walk-ins will only be accommodated if a confirmed slot holder backs out and an opening remains available.

Payments for confirmed slots are non-refundable if canceled before game time, though slot transfers to another player are allowed with prior notice.

Matches during queuing and stacking are played first to 11 points (win by 1) to keep rotations moving fairly for everyone.

Respect the Queue: No cutting or changing paddles. Place your paddle in the designated area only when ready to play.

Promptly clear the court after your match finishes to keep the rotation smooth.
