📝 How to Join & Waitlist:
We’re keeping it cozy with just 50 slots to make sure everyone gets good playtime!
• To sign up: Once you are moved from the requested list to the confirmed list, you must send payment immediately to secure your slot.
• If slots are full: Stay on the waitlist! When a slot opens, we will post in the Chat Tab—the first player to send payment gets the spot.

⚠️ Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We get it—plans change!
• If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 4 hours before the start time.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the OP will not be refunded.
• If you cancel less than 4 hours before the OP, you are responsible for finding a replacement and arranging the refund directly with them.
• If the replacement pays the payment collector, your slot will be converted into game credit for the next OP.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
