• 12 players - ROUND ROBIN
• Games to 11 points (sudden death at 10–10)
• Matches managed via Manual Stacking or Reclub Auto Generate Match
• Bring your own paddle
• Balls provided
• 2 mins warmup on court 1st game. 1 min warmup on court after — please warm up beforehand
• Arrive early — games will start on time

🔁 Cancellation & Refunds
• No refunds for cancellations
• No refunds if slots are full, but funds can be used for a future session
• No cancellations within 24 hours before the session
• If you can’t attend, you may find a replacement
• Replacement players pay you directly (we don’t handle the transaction)
• Inform admin of the replacement for approval
