• If you cancel, you must find a replacement and inform the admin.

1. Request to join – wait for admin approval to be added to the waiting list (please don’t make any payment before being approved).
2. Once approved, make the full payment.
3. Send proof of payment to the admin.
4. Admin will move you to the official participant list.
