📝 Sign-Up Guidelines

1. Please request to join the meet. Your slot will be placed ON HOLD until payment is done and verified.
2. Pay the court fee as stated using GCash: 0961-406-3487.
3. Upload a screenshot of your payment in the “Payment” tab.
4. Once payment is verified, the admin will approve your request and your slot will be OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED.
5. If the slots are already full and we’re unable to accommodate you, a full refund will be issued.

🔖 Slot Status

🛑 ON HOLD
• Slot has been requested but payment has not yet been received
• Slot is not secured until payment is verified
• Status will change to CONFIRMED once payment is successfully verified

🛑 WAITLISTED
• Slot was not included in the initial confirmed list
• Please do not send payment yet
• You will be contacted if a slot becomes available

🔁 Cancellation Policy
1. No refunds will be given for cancellations.
2. If you can no longer play, you may coordinate directly with a waitlisted player to take over your slot and collect the payment from them.
- If no waitlisted player is available, you may find a substitute player on your own.
- If no replacement is found, the payment will be forfeited.
3. Please inform the admin of your cancellation and the name of the waitlisted or substitute player no later than 4:00 PM on the day of play, so changes can be processed. The admin reserves the right to decline replacements submitted after the deadline.
4. The waitlisted or substitute player may only play after admin confirmation of the slot replacement.
