# Payment Policy

A cancellation freeze will take effect 24 hours prior to the session. Once this cancellation freeze is in place, all bookings are considered confirmed, and fees will remain payable even if you are unable to attend or no-show. A QR code will be provided at the venue to make payment before you enter the courts.

If you are unable to participate, you may arrange privately with another player to replace you. Please ensure that your replacement is registered on the waitlist for the specific session before notifying us via private message with your replacement player’s name.

All replacement requests are subject to the approval of Ignite Academy. You will be informed once your replacement has been reviewed and approved.

All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other sessions.


# Waitlist Policy

Placement from the waitlist is at the sole discretion of the host and is not based on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Kindly check your inbox periodically for updates on your status, including any movement from the waitlist to a confirmed slot.

If you are no longer available to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist promptly to avoid any payment obligations should you be moved to a confirmed slot.


# Inclement Weather

Refunds will only be issued in the event of rain, in accordance with the following:

* If rain occurs within the first hour of play, a partial refund of 50% (1hr) will be provided.
* If rain occurs after the first hour of play, no refund will be issued.


# Format

Paddle queue, 4-in-4-out switch, rally scoring, 15 points, win by 2 points or first to 18 points.


# Others

Water refill station: provided outside the courts

Toilets: beside Lucky Saigon Cafe

Kindly note that coaching sessions are in progress until 8.00 PM. To avoid disrupting ongoing lessons, we respectfully ask that you wait until 8.00 PM before entering the courts for open play. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!


🚨NOTICE: Please note in compliance with regulatory requirements, all court play must stop by 10PM sharp. Floodlights and side lights will be turned off at 10PM to support this. We appreciate your cooperation in finishing games on time.
